Boat Shows 2006

San Antonio Boat Show, San Antonio, Texas

For the kids it was catfish fishing, rock climbing, bouncing on an air trampoline, and for the wives it was the vendors and the boats and for the guys it was the boats, the boats and the boats. Sea Doos, ski boats, runabouts, pontoon boats, Jon boats and of course fishing boats. There were shallow water flats boats like Maverick, Sterling, Shearwater and of course Shallow Sport. Well it’s boat show time again and the FishNet Daily News will be at most of them. Kicking off the season in Texas is always the “Big Daddy” of Texas the Houston International Boat Show. Corpus Christi Boat Show, Corpus Christi, Texas

The CC Boat was held in the Bay Plaza Convention Center which is a real tribute to the progressive attitude of the city of Corpus Christi. It is directly next to the, a truly marvelous facility that is really impressive and adequate to accommodate and show off almost any type of venue. I was immediately impressed with the quality if the floor layout of the show.
