Easy Paella

2 - 14 oz cans 99% fat-free chicken broth
2 - 10 oz cans tomatoes diced with lime juice and cilantro
1½ lb medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
¾ lb chicken breast tenders halved
1 lb smoked sausage sliced
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
9 oz Pkg frozen baby green peas, thawed
10 oz Pkg saffron rice

Peel and de-vein shrimp; set aside in refrigerator. Or, thaw frozen shrimp in colander by rinsing with cold water; set aside. With Silicone Spatula, stir sausage and chicken in 6 Qt Saucepan over medium-high heat until lightly browned. Stir in tomatoes, chicken broth and seasoning. Bring to boiling. Stir in rice. Cook, covered, over medium-high heat about 45 minutes, or until liquid is almost absorbed, stirring occasionally. Stir in shrimp and peas; cook until shrimp is pink, stirring occasionally, and mixture is heated thoroughly.
